TandMProducts.com wants to make your online shopping experience as easy as possible – one that includes communication with our team, quick shipping, and low expenses. We do not and can not guarantee any time of actual arrival of products, any time that is given, written or spoken, is only an estimate and is not grounds for cancellation or refunds.
Ground Shipments
All standard ground shipments are transported by way of Postal or UPS. Because we are committed to fast shipping and use reliable carriers, many of our products are delivered six days a week.
Standard Freight
Standard shipping applies to standard locations within the contiguous 48 states. Travertine and More, Inc. reserves the right to choose delivery type, carrier, and service level of each shipment when standard shipping is selected. For freight shipments, standard shipping includes curbside delivery and liftgate services. Special considerations and fees may apply to certain delivery exceptions (e.g. deliveries to hard to reach areas).

Delivery Inspection
Check your delivery for any visible damage. If product is damaged to the degree, it cannot be used DO NOT sign or accept package, please refuse and contact our customer service at 912.438.1927.
Return Policy
ALL sales are final. Shipping cost and processing fees are NOT refundable. If your order needs to be returned, you have 7 days from receipt of product. All refunds due to returns will be for in-store credit only, minus original shipping and processing fees.
A Return Authorization number must be issued to return product. Customer will pay the shipping costs to return product. Returned product must be packed in original box with sufficient packaging material and marked with a RA#. Items damaged due to improper packaging during return shipping will NOT be replaced or refunded.
Custom orders cannot be returned. Any bowl larger than 30” is considered a custom item.
Any/All Items NOT manufactured by Travertine and more, inc. is warranted by their company solely and NOT by Travertine and More, inc. in anyway, applied or otherwise. Any replacement and/or refund is solely up to that specific manufacture.
Travertine and More, inc. will guarantee that the concrete bowls and/or tables will not crack due to use of fire, if properly installed, for 1 year from date of payment. Spiderweb cracks are known to happen on concrete bowls due to weather changes from hot to cold. Spiderweb cracks do not constitute a warranty replacement.
